At Multi Junction, we make getting your order easy, fast, and flexible. Whether you want delivery to your door or prefer to save on courier costs by collecting yourself — we’ve got you covered.

Where We Deliver

  • Nationwide (South Africa): We deliver to all major cities and towns via trusted couriers.
  • Neighbouring Countries: You’re welcome to arrange your own courier or collect directly from us.

Quick & Easy Store/Warehouse Collection

Want to save on courier costs or get your order faster?

  • Choose “Collect In-Store” at checkout.
  • Orders can be collected directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg.
  • You can also send your own courier to collect on your behalf.

Collection Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Closed Sundays & Public Holidays

Delivery Timeframes

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Special Orders or Backorders: Usually shipped in 3–7 working days (we’ll keep you updated).
  • Tracking information is sent via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Costs – Transparent & Fair

We believe in honest pricing, so instead of hiding the shipping cost inside the product price, we show it upfront.

This means:

  • Our product prices are as low as possible, with no hidden markups.
  • You only pay for shipping once, no matter how many items you order (unless they ship separately).

Some online stores offer “free shipping” by building the cost into the product price — so when you buy two or more items, you’re actually paying double for shipping without realizing it.

From time to time, some clearance items or products on special may come with free delivery.

Why? Because in some cases, our suppliers offer us extra discounts or request a quick sale, and we’re happy to pass those savings on to you — including covering the delivery cost!

Keep an eye out for “Free Delivery” badges on select products — they won’t last long!

Secure Packaging

All products are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. High-value or fragile items may be insured on request or at our discretion.

Delays & Issues

Sometimes delays happen due to courier issues, public holidays, or weather conditions. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to assist you.

Unclaimed Orders

  • If a courier cannot deliver your order, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged
  • In-store pickups not collected within 7 days may be canceled, and a restocking fee could apply.
