www.multijunction.co.za is an e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products and services to customers in South Africa. In-store collection is available, and customers from neighboring countries may arrange their own collection. We do not deliver outside of South Africa.

2. User Accounts and Conduct

  • Users may browse our website without creating an account.
  • Real name and a valid contact number are required for all purchases.
  • Only verified purchasers may leave reviews on product pages.
  • Users must not submit false, misleading, or abusive content.

3. Payments

  • We accept secure payments via credit card and EFT through PayFast and Paystack.
  • Prices include VAT.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

  • Returns & Refunds: Accepted within 30 days for unused products in original condition.
  • Used Items: Not refundable. If faulty, they will be repaired or replaced by the supplier within 21 working days (may vary depending on repair type).

5. Delivery and Digital Products

  • In-store collection is available.
  • We deliver only within South Africa.
  • We also offer digital downloads, which are non-refundable once accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site, including logos, text, images, and product information, is the property of Multi Junction.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not accept liability for delays, service interruptions, or errors on the website.
  • All products and services are provided “as-is” without warranties unless explicitly stated.
